THE BRIEF

Mad Hat Asia was appointed as the PR arm to spread the word about the brand and help establish their position as a leader in the co-working space industry in Malaysia.

OUR OBJECTIVES

To develop a Common Ground communications strategy that leverages its brand assets to position the brand as a thought leader, establish its regional reach and effectively communicate its value propositions in order to generate consistent visibility.

OUR STRATEGY

  • Identifying relevant media to be hosted at any Common Ground outlet for a certain period in return for honest reviews of their experience working at Common Ground.

  • Securing and managing spokesperson interviews with co-founder Erman Akinchi & Juhn Teo

  • To form strategic partnerships and collaborations with local and regional businesses to widen Common Ground’s network and reach

  • To leverage key business happenings and new outlet launches
