Zoological Society of London Sustainable Palm Oil Transparency Toolkit (SPOTT)

ZSL SPOTT provides guidance for the Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) process undertaken by investors, financiers, manufacturers and other stakeholders in the palm oil industry. The Transparency Toolkit has been developed in consultation with the key stakeholders from the financial sector, including Aviva, Investec and the UN Principles for the Responsible Investment (PRI), as well as environmental organisations, including the Wolrd Resources Instititute (WRI) and the Global Canopy Programme The 25 growers were selected using the companies' total market capitalisation data provided by Bloomberg.
