The Gardens Mall, GASTRO Go (October 2015)

The Gardens Mall ran their first ever food campaign to highlight the diversity of cuisines available in their premium shopping centre entitled GASTRO Go.

What We Did:

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
Mad Hat PR crafted and managed execution of the GASTRO Go campaign with the aim of showcasing the plethora of dining options available in The Gardens Mall. Within the campaign, we pushed out a number of activations which included a series of intimate chefs table sessions for The Han Room and Yuzu, a social media hashtag competition and exclusive interviews with Gabby Tan, the Director of PR and Marketing at The Gardens Mall. We developed (design, content and photography) marketing materials including GASTRO Go Dining Notes, a vibrant magazine-styled guide and arranging special menus and promotions at several restaurants as part of the campaign.

MEDIA ENGAGEMENT
In order to run an overall successful campaign, interviews were pitched to selected mainstream media to provide exposure to the campaign and create good buzz. We were responsible for managing the media throughout the duration of the campaign, which included managing social media posts by influencers, inviting relevant media representatives to the Chef
s Table series for coverage and coordinating exclusive interviews with Gabby Tan.

It has a wide array of top international restaurants, technology and home furnishing outlets. The Gardens Mall is also home to two popular departmental stores; Robinsons from Singapore and Isetan of Japan, as well as Malaysia's most premier cinema, GSC Signature. Patrons can also head to Cocoon on the 4th Floor, a dedicated area complete with spas, wellness clinics and a fitness centre.
